Lunch Menu & Charter School Free Lunch Program
At our school, your child’s well-being is important to us. We provide nutritious breakfast and lunch meals to students daily. If your child needs special meals or accommodations, please fill out the California Department of Education‘s Medical Statement for Food Allergies form. If you think your student qualifies for free and reduced-price meals fill out the Application for Free and Reduced Lunch. Our charter school free lunch program follows qualifications that are based on income and household size.
In accordance with Federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) civil rights regulations and policies, the USDA, its agencies, offices, and employees, and institutions participating in or administering USDA programs are prohibited from discriminating based on race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity in any program or activity conducted or funded by USDA.
Persons with disabilities who require alternative means of communication for program information (e.g. Braille, large print, audiotape, American Sign Language, etc.), should contact the Agency (State or local) where they applied for benefits. The California Department of Education (“CDE”) has requested that local educational agencies throughout the State post the following link to CDE’s website to provide parents notice of the disclosure of student records pursuant to a Court Order issued in a lawsuit filed by the Morgan Hill Concerned Parents Association and the Concerned Parent Association against the CDE.
